HOW IS CONFIDENTIALITY MAINTAINED AT MINDSCAPE NQ?
Your privacy is of utmost importance. Everything discussed in our sessions is highly confidential. Exceptions to this include situations where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, court requests for records, or if you've provided written consent for information release.
HOW ARE COUNSELLING SESSIONS STRUCTURED AT MINDSCAPE?
Mindscape NQ offers flexibility to suit individuals. Sessions typically last 60minutes (but can be longer if required by prior arrangement) and can be arranged as a set number of (contracted) sessions or as a one-time only session.

PAYMENT IS COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WHICH IS DONE THROUGH OUR ONLINE CALENDAR.

Contact via email or telephone is limited to practical arrangements only. Telephone Counselling requires prior arrangement.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY, AND ARE THERE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING SESSIONS?
To ensure an efficient scheduling and fair use of resources, we operate the following policy:
- Cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
- If cancelled within 24 hours of your session start time, the full session fee is payable.
- Cancellations within 24-48 hours of your session start time incur a 50% fee minus 10% for administration time and cancellation fee we are liable to pay.
- Refund policy requires 48 hours before session for full refund minus 10% for administration time and cancellation fee we are liable to pay.
- 'No Shows' with no prior contact will be charged the full session fee unless due to exceptional and provable circumstance.
