HOW IS CONFIDENTIALITY MAINTAINED AT MINDSCAPE NQ?
Your privacy is of utmost importance. Everything discussed in our sessions is highly confidential. Exceptions to this include situations where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, court requests for records, or if you've provided written consent for information release.
HOW ARE COUNSELLING SESSIONS STRUCTURED AT MINDSCAPE?
Mindscape NQ offers flexibility to suit individuals. Sessions typically last 45minutes (but can be longer if required by prior arrangement) and can be arranged as a set number of (contracted) sessions or as a one-time only session.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT DETAILS FOR COUNSELLING SESSIONS?
PAYMENT IS COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WHICH IS DONE THROUGH OUR ONLINE CALENDAR.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY, AND ARE THERE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING SESSIONS?
To ensure an efficient scheduling and fair use of resources, we operate the following policy:
- Cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
- If cancelled within 24 hours, the full session fee is payable.
- Cancellations within 24-48 hours incur a 50% fee.
- Refund policy requires 48 hours before session for full refund minus 10% for administration time and cancellation fee we are liable to pay.

HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST?
We charge $145 AUD for a 1hr online or face-to-face session.
Art-Based counselling is charged at a different rate:
Adults (Online) 75minutes - $195
Adolescents (12 - 17) Face-to-Face Appointments only - 1hr - $140

Do you charge more for NDIS Clients?
No, we do not. We have standards rate for counselling applicable to all - See above.
